ANOTHER exciting development is rising in the southern part of Davao City, a four-building vertical residences along Ma-a Road. On January 30th, the first development of Crisron Holiday Builders Inc.’s Legacy Leisure Suites officially kicked off with a groundbreaking ceremony and presentation of its showroom.

Embarking on a new era of business venture, patriarchs Cresencio Yap and Ronald Bangayan inked a partnership to create a company with a bigger vision— a legacy, for their children and family. Legacy Leisure Residences is the start of the fulfillment of that dream.
