“I have already advised your Filipino associate, Mr. Emmanuel Elefan, through a telephone call last January 28, 2020 and your staff also attended our Local Health Board Meeting last January 27. Likewise, my Municipal Health Officer Dr. Helen Minguez has already visited your office to discuss the appropriate health measures and protocol to prevent the spread of Novel Corona Virus,” Banias said.

Banias said they are complying already and he said Minguez is already visiting the office for the protocol and health advisory.

The NEPC that constructed the plant and roads of the PCPC is now also the company that operates and maintains it.
