The C-Losap, supervised by the mayor’s office, has been conducting a series of unannounced drug tests since July 2019.

Outside each of the 11 offices hangs a tarp with the message: “This is a drug-free workplace. Let’s keep it that way.”

Chan personally mounted the tarps after the flag-raising ceremony in the city hall grounds on Monday, Feb. 3, 2020. C-Losap chief Garry Lao accompanied him.

The employees of the remaining 36 offices will be subjected to a series of unannounced drug tests. (GCM / KAL)
