FATHER and daughter tandem Gabby and KC Concepcion will soon grace the big screen together as they currently shoot their latest movie, which also features another Kapamilya talent Jericho Rosales.
Gabby shared that he is happy with the opportunity to work with his daughter and bond with her at the same time.
“Masaya kasi dito kami nag-spend ng quality time namin, so ito yung pinakamagandang pagkakataon na magkasama kami kasi trabaho na personalan pa,” he said in a television interview.
The actor added that KC, his daughter with Megastar Sharon Cuneta, has all signs of a beautiful grown-up lady.
“Maraming bagay, physically iba na sya ngayon. Yung pagsasalita nya parang naman nya yung mommy nya kasi dun naman lumaki,” he added.
He disclosed that her daughter is very health conscious right now and that she's keeps on giving him healthy snacks from fruits to all natural biscuits.
Gabby said KC, though physically and emotionally matured from the last time they live in one roof together, still remained to be the sensible and responsible child.
“Ganun parin sya maski bata, naalala ko nung araw na may nabasag syang paso, eh antique yun, tapos sabi ko sa kanya 'just leave it there, I won't tell mama,' pero sabi nya 'no i have to tell mama,' honest parin sya hanggang ngayon.”
Though Gabby and Sharon separated during KC's younger age, the latter remained very close and kept the connection with her father who lived in the United States for more than a decade. (Glaiza Jarloc/Sunnex)
