Pacya: LMCC: Your innovative livelihood partner

CREATE your virtual business office with Load Manna Consumers Cooperative (LMCC) and generate income from its powerful tools designed to satisfy clients. LMCC primarily aims to uphold and advance the economic and societal grade of its members through system-based business solutions.

The Cooperative Development Authority accredited the enterprise in 2019 and is awaiting for its recognition as a registered business entity at the Local Government Unit of La Trinidad. This is the first coop ever to establish e-loading in the Cordillera and Ilocos Norte.

LMCC uses the Load Manna v2.0 application that is downloadable in google and play store among others. The review from app users registered an overwhelming 4.5/5 overall rating. The features of the technology include electronic loading, remittance, bills payment and a virtual office of the retailer, dealer or stockist.

The system is continuously improving its features to cater to other services like ticketing. The e-loading service can still function even if accessed offline.

With millions of users of smartphones, there is the demand for e-loading business especially now that having a cellphone is becoming a necessity. Owning a phone is like travelling the whole universe but it will never work without its load, aside from the internet plans of telecommunication companies.

The cooperative is affiliated with the services of Load Manna Philippines that originated in Laguna since 2017. It acquired the franchises for Mountain Province and Ilocos Norte to help communities in the two provinces through employment—load retailing, dealership and stockist. With the minimum membership fee, members shall avail of other benefits like rebates, interests and patronage refunds.

Meanwhile, Johnny Cornel bought the franchise for Benguet area who also offered his Rooftop, Marosan Viewdeck Café and Restaurant at Longlong, La Trinidad as a home for the innovative livelihood of LMCC.

Patrick Alcedo, Board of Director member, disclosed that the officers and members come from different walks of life with Ms. Esther Cornel serving as the chairperson of the coop that commenced last year.

The pre-membership education and business opportunity seminars are conducted for free every day at the restaurant from eight o’clock in the morning while you enjoy the overlooking view of La Trinidad’s vibrant economy.
