10 ka tourist destinations palambuon

ORMOC City, Leyte -Dul-an sa 10 ka mga tourist detination sa kwatro distrito sa Leyte pundohan ug i-develop sa Tourism Infrastracture and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA) ubos sa Department of Tourism (DOT).

Moabag usab sa plano ang buhatan ni Leyte 4th District Representative Lucy Torres - Gomez, kinsa prayoridad ang turismo.

Matod sa TIEZA nga ila kining buhaton gikan sa 2020 hangtud sa 2023.

Dunay igahin nga pundo nga kapin sa P1 bilyon, lakip na ang infrastructure development ug water treatment facility.

Nag-una sa mga tourist destination nga i-develop mao ang Ormoc City Promenade; Ormoc City Lake Danao Natural Park and Mountain Resort; Ormoc City Organic Farm; Albuera Leyte Sibugay Mountain Resort; Palompon Leyte Tabuk Marine Park Fish and Sanctuary; Merida Leyte Mt. Magsanga; Isabel Leyte Candonicot Cave and Glamping Site; Kananga Leyte Mahawan Place ug Matag-ob Leyte EcoFarm Resort. Apil sa plano sa TIEZA ug ni Kong. Gomez ang pagtukod og tourism center sa matag lungsod.

Ang tourism center dunay information desk, lounge area, administration office, tour guide office, integrated tour, comfort rooms, health and emergency supply services, inter district transportation, souvenir sho, surfing internet area ug booking area.

Lakip sa development project ang road projects ug pagpaayo sa pipila ka mga pantalan sama sa Merida, Leyte.

Gitagaan usab og pagtagad sa TIEZA ug mga lokal nga kagamhanan ang dakong supply sa tubig hilabi na kay gilauman ang mas daghang mga turista nga mobisita sa distrito kon mahuman na ang mga proyekto.

Si Ormoc City Mayor Richard Gomez niingon nga uyon siya nga bisan usa lang ka development project ang ihatag sa Ormoc kay ang syudad na ang bahala sa uban basta mahatagan lang ang ubang lungsod. (JKDP)
