New school building inaugurated in Minalin

A BRAND new school building can now be utilized by students of San Pedro Elementary School in Minalin town as local officials officially inaugurated the facility.

Fourth District Representative Juan Pablo Bondoc and Mayor Edgar Flores led the inauguration ceremony for the two-story four-classroom building in the school.

Bondoc said the construction of the building is part of his vision to improve the quality of education provided to public school students.

"We have been prioritizing the education of Kapampangan students, particularly in the Fourth District, through the construction of new school buildings because I believe that a good environment helps in the schooling of the children," he said.

He said the construction of the building amounted to about P12 million, excluding the equipment that will be used inside the classrooms.

Flores, for his part, expressed gratitude to Bondoc for his continuous assistance to help develop the education sector in the town.

Aside from the new school building, he also cited the scholarship grants provided by Bondoc to Minaleño students from high school to college.

"We are very grateful for all the assistance extended by Congressman Rimpy to Minalin. His generosity is a huge help in uplifting the lives of our constituents here, and in the development of our municipality," he said.
