Si DSWD Secretary Rolando Joselito D. Bautista maoy pinasidunggang mamumulong sa espisyal nga kalihokan.
Sa iyang pakigpulong, si Secretary Bautista nisaysay sa mga kalamposan sa DSWD 7.
