THE male drowning victim discovered Monday morning, February 17, under the bridge in Barangay East, Candoni was identified by his relatives.
Relatives identified the victim as Loville Ramos Liboon, 33, single.
Members of the Candoni Rescue Unit and the Candoni Municipal Police jointly retrieved the body from under the bridge.
Investigators said the victim was drunk.
Police Sergeant Richard Pajarito, Candoni police chief, said they are looking at two possible angles: suicide or a foul play.
