Change of command

CHANGE OF COMMAND: Criminal Intelligence and Detection Group director Roel Obusan presided the formal turnover of command of the Police Regional Office-Cordillera between outgoing regional director Chief Superintendent Edward Carranza to Chief Superintendent Rolando Nana.
