Z CLUBS and Golden Z Clubs are campus organizations which provide opportunities for the youth to develop leadership skills, explore career alternatives, and improve international understanding through service projects and advocacy.
Z Clubs are formed in high schools while Golden Z Clubs are established on college and university campuses. A Zonta club in the community sponsors a Z or Golden Z Club and this club is responsible for guiding and communicating with the youth club they are sponsoring
In Cebu, three (3) Z Clubs and one (1) Golden Z club thrive under the sponsorship of Zonta. The students plan, organize and participate in unique activities that give them hands-on experiences in improving the lives of others at both the local and international level. They are a valuable part of the Zonta organization as they take on a greater role in promoting the welfare and advancement of women and children.
