HAVING been awarded as the Camera Club of the Year for three years in a row (2017, 2018 and 2019), the Cebu Images Camera Club celebrates its 35th year together with its current 80 members who all share the same passion for photography.
Looking back from having its first photo contest in 1985 entitled “Beautiful Cebu,” fast forward to today, Cebu Images Camera Club has grown immensely. For its 35th anniversary, the activities lined up are its second and current “Images of Sinulog Photo Contest” with an awarding ceremony and ongoing exhibit open to the public, an excursion to Biri Island, the Annual Swimsuit Shoot 2020, the Images Amazing Photo Race, a photography tour with fellow photographers from around the Asian continent to explore and photograph the sponsor country Vietnam entitled “Crossing Bridges in Vietnam,” as well as the Images Grand Photo Exhibit featuring a range of exquisite shots taken by its very own club members.
Cebu Images Camera Club has joined the national organization of photography clubs called the Federation of Philippine Photographers Foundation Inc., a federation that regularly organizes the Photo World Cup and a regular national photography competition among all the camera clubs in the Philippines.
As the club continues to grow each year, to carry on with its legacy, Cebu Images Camera Club accepts both amateur and professional photographers by invitation only who share the same interest for the art of photography.

For photo enthusiasts or curious passers-by, the Images of Sinulog exhibit featuring incredible top-shots is located on the second level of The Northwing, SM City Cebu and will run until Feb. 28.
