THE vision of education of Ambassador Francisco Benedicto has always been to develop students to become value-oriented professionals and community-oriented citizens. This has been actualized in Benedicto College (BC) which he founded in 2000, anchored on its vision-mission, “Your education is our mission.”

The school went through a gradual process of orientation, then implementation of the country’s concept of education through the Department of Education and the Commission on Higher Education. This included building facilities conducive for learning, competent faculty, rich instructional resources and relevant curricula. On its upswing journey to maximize quality education, BC had built buildings and facilities for its vocational courses, elementary and high school based on K–12 requirements and continuously upscales its courses in arts and sciences, education, tourism and HRM, nursing and special programs English for foreigners and as a second language.

For its community-based projects, BC had partnered with barangays, Zonta Clubs, Speechcom, among others.

As the preferred higher educational institution in the Asia-Pacific, BC will be a globally competitive institution and a catalyst in nation-building, creating a better quality of life and developing productive members of the society.

Benedicto College commits to the following: Make life-long learners of its students, alumni, faculty and staff by developing a culture of competence, industriousness, integrity and service to others anchored on Christian values; undertake strategic expansion programs; and have a strong research and development process to enhance existing programs and to create new ones.
