A FIRE broke out Friday evening, February 28, in Barangay Duljo Fatima in Cebu City.
The fire was raised to second alarm but was placed under control around 6:50 p.m. It broke out around 6 p.m.
Affected was a residential area in Sitio Buli, Barangay Duljo Fatima, which was also hit by a fire last year.
