WATERFRONT Cebu City Hotel & Casino takes the buffet experience to new heights with the unveiling of “Seven Stations of UNO Madness.”
Whipped up by its culinary team, headed by its executive chef Gilbert Alan Mathay, these seven stations fulfill every foodie’s cravings and are available during dinnertime at the restaurant’s all-day dining outlet, Café UNO.
The stations created include the “Wok on Fire,” featuring Asian flavors hailing from countries like Thailand, Singapore and Mongolia; “Tuna-licious,” for those wishing to feast on tuna delights; the “Crazy Crustaceans” stations for seafood lovers looking for that “SEA-nsational” display of Crustacean delights; and the “Feast of Champions,” showcasing the best dishes in the city like the Cebu lechon.
The hotel also has other food promotions in store. In fact, by snapping a photo of the one of the dishes from the seven stations, earns the diner 30 percent discount. Simply upload it on one’s Facebook or Instagram account with the hashtag #WaterfrontUNOMadness. In addition, Tin Gow’s Grand Dimsum Feast returns where diners can enjoy eat-all-you-can dimsum every lunch time on Mondays. Pizza lovers get to have their fill of pizza and pasta as the hotel’s Italian restaurant, La Gondola, will be offering all-you-can-eat pizza and pasta during lunch time starting on March 1.
