DOES sharing a post or retweeting a tweet, counts as help?
Helping other people does not only mean helping them with money or a literal “helping hand.” A single click of share or retweet button can go a long way. With the assistance of modern technology, everything can be done with a click of a button and it can easily be spread like a bush fire.
For example, a person posting on social media to gather a certain amount of money with medical expenses. And for someone who is equally challenged financially, they would think they’re not of any help. But then again, with the single click of the share button that post may reach a lot of people. It may capture the attention of people who have the capacity to help.
With that single click, you helped. That click became a bridge or pathway and will get the actual help that person needed. It is the thought that actually counts. That small contribution may make a tremendous impact on others.
As long as you are a hundred percent sure in helping others, whether it is big or small, it is the thought that counts. (May Angela Ung)
