“EVERYDAY staycation”, it’s what the Davao’s newest vertical village project, Legacy Leisure Residences, is promising.
Legacy Leisure Residences is a condominium development that broke ground in Davao City. The 2.8-hectare project along Don Julian Rodriguez Sr. Avenue (Ma-a Road), Barangay Talomo, will feature four buildings with fifteen stories each, impressive recreational facilities that will include an Olympic size swimming pool at the amenity area, and a commercial strip with curated retail shops to cater to its residents.
To showcase to the future residents of the condominium project, Legacy Leisure Residences formally opened its showroom located at the project’s site. Crisron Legacy Builders, Inc.’s vice president Clark Yap and vice president for Sales and Marketing Wesley Bangayan welcomed their guests of honor, Rigo Duterte, representing Congressman Paolo Duterte, and lawyer Francis Mark Layug, representing Vice Mayor Sebastian Duterte.
“A typical two-bedroom and one-bedroom units sized at 77 sqm and 37 sqm respectively are featured in the showroom. Our design team came up with an efficiently executed floor plan and tasteful interior design that maximizes space. With the well-defined areas and organized set-up, foot traffic will flow smoothly. The design exudes the ‘everyday staycation’ vibe Legacy Leisure Residences is aiming for,” said Wesley Bangayan, vice president for Sales and Marketing.
The set-up is a glimpse of a future home. Soon-to-be homeowners will grasp a clear picture of how their residence can look like. They can replicate the featured design or apply their own design aesthetics to their own nests. Homes are extension of oneself and it should work to their taste and lifestyle and not the other way around, said Bangayan.
What will make Legacy Leisure Residences unique is its resort-themed recreational and multi-functional amenities. Residents will be proud to have their own Olympic-sized swimming pool.
“The space we have allotted for the amenity area could accommodate another building and still have a condominium’s basic amenities. The address is one of the best features of the development, having easy access to both Northbound and Southbound destinations via the Ma-a Road and Carlos Garcia national Highway (Davao Diversion Road), which is a few meters away.
