FOUR Kapampangan beauties are joining 36 other candidates in the quest for the prestigious Binibining Pilipinas 2020 crown and the chance to represent the country in international pageants.
Candidate No. 5 is Arianne Deseree M. Viardo from the City of San Fernando. A businesswoman, the 24-year-old Fernandino is advocating education for Filipino children. Her interests include scuba diving, free diving, vlogging, and other extreme activities.
Candidate No. 26 is Czarina Guiao, a 20-year-old student whose advocacy is child welfare towards the Aeta community. Her interests are beauty pageants, and documentaries.
Candidate No. 28 is Ma. Francesca Taruc from Angeles City. The 21-year-old model and actress’ advocacy is geared towards women empowerment and mental health awareness. She is interested in traveling.
Candidate No. 30 is 22-year-old Noriza Valerio from Arayat, Pampanga. Her advocacy is care and support for cancer patients while her interests include cosmetics, cooking, books, music, arts and fashion.
The four Kapampangans were among the 40 official candidates of Binibining Pilipinas 2020 selected during the final closed-door screening by the Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc. at the New Frontier Theater on February 6, 2020.
Binibining Pilipinas 2020 will be the 57th edition of the annual beauty pageant. The competition will be held on April 26 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. (JTD)
