Farmer nabbed for marijuana
A FARMER was arrested by joint elements of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Northern Mindanao, 305th Air Intelligence Special Group (AISG) and Cabanglasan Municipal Police.

Recovered from his possession were four sacks of dried marijuana leaves with an estimated weight of approximately 30 kilograms.
During the operation, two other suspects -- alias Kabog and alias Tibor – reportedly eluded arrest.
Quiblatan is now temporarily detained at the PDEA-Northern Mindanao office for booking and documentation while the confiscated drug items were brought to the Philippine National Police Crime Laboratory for quantitative and qualitative examination.
A case for violation of Section 5, Article II of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act is now being prepared against the suspect.
