MADE from 10 tons of quarried stone, two tons of reclaimed stainless steel and waste wood, this monumental sculpture “The Coming of Age of the Infants of Poseidon,” created by world renowned Cebu-based driftwood artist James Doran-Webb, has been completed for the upcoming yearly Chelsea Flower Show in London.

Inspired by the Renaissance period, this sculpture borrows from Greek mythology with Poseidon as the father of all horses. The piece portrays three horses emerging from their aquatic habitat for the first time, to confront the world beyond their childhood domain. The installation is on loan to Cebu International School until the end of March 2020.
