Smart Padala centers now digitized

SMART Padala by PayMaya, the country’s largest mobile domestic remittance network, is intensifying its push to provide more digital financial services to the countryside as it launches its flagship stores that act as “digital hubs” across the country.

To date, Smart Padala by PayMaya has transformed its centers into digital hubs that are not only capable of processing sending and receiving remittance transactions, but also bills payment, PayMaya Add Money transactions, as well as mobile prepaid reloading services. Soon, these centers will also be able to accept PayMaya QR as a mode of payment for day-to-day purchases of customers.

On top of offering these new services, Smart Padala by PayMaya flagship stores boast a fresh new look, complete with a dedicated area for their customer’s transactions, instructional materials on Smart Padala’s services and branded signages, giving their sukis a more comfortable and secure experience.

“Smart Padala by PayMaya centers all around the country provide crucial digital financial services to Filipinos where the traditional banking system are unable to reach them. We are excited to bring even more services to our customers as we continue to digitize and bring the ‘Padalapit lang’ experience that our customers have come to know over the years,” said Shailesh Baidwan, President of PayMaya.

Providing digital financial services at the grassroots

With these hubs in place, Filipinos no longer need to commute to the city center to pay their bills, send or receive money, buy load, or even add money to their PayMaya accounts - they simply have to go to the sari-sari store or Smart Padala center nearest to them.

These Smart Padala flagship stores, currently located in Quezon Province, Pangasinan, Baguio, Bicol Region, Cebu, Aklan, Cagayan De Oro, Bukidnon and Metro Manila, were launched with exclusive promos and fun games for customers, enticing them to avail of Smart Padala’s newest offers.

Long trusted as a reliable remittance service that reaches even the most far flung communities and barangays in the country, Smart Padala by PayMaya Philippines brings these digital hubs outside the usual city centers to bring convenient digital and payment services closer to the hands of every Filipino.
