8 South Koreans complete home quarantine in Cebu

THE eight South Korean nationals who were among the 26 who arrived in Cebu from Daegu City, South Korea last February 25 have completed their 14-day home quarantine.

Department of Health-Central Visayas Director Jaime Bernadas said in a text message that the eight South Koreans finished the quarantine Tuesday, March 10.

He said they will be issued a completion certificate today, March 10.

He said the eight South Koreans planned to stay with their families in Cebu City.

Of the 26 South Koreans who arrived in Cebu last February 25, only eight were quarantined, as the 17 have already returned to South Korea and one was transferred to Angeles City in Central Luzon where he resides. (JCT)
