KAPUSO star Jennylyn Mercado finally clarified rumors that she will be leaving her long time talent manager Becky Aguila.
She said over television interview that she still has one year and half with Aguila and she’s not thinking of moving for now.
“Last year ako nakarenew ng contract sa kanya and hanggang ngayon hindi parin po tapos yun.”
The actress also denied reports that she will be moving to another station and leave GMA grounds.
“Hindi ako aalis unang una kasi matagal pa yung contract ko, mga one year and a half pa and wala naman kaming problema so wala namang dahilan para umalis kami.”
Jennylyn is a product of GMA 7’s talent-reality show "Star Struck." She and on-screen love team Mark Herras were the first winners of the show.
Meanwhile, when asked on the news that Rocco Nacino is hooked by her beauty and charm, Jennylyn was thankful and flattered.
“He's a nice person, very friendly, makwento sya, mabait sya na tao," she said of Rocco.
Rocco is part of the latest batch of “Star Struck” talents who will also be joining Jennylyn and now on-screen partner Dennis Trillo in their afternoon soap “Gumapang Ka Sa Lusak.”
“I met her sa taping ng Gumapang Ka Sa Lusak,” Rocco said.
When asked if he has a crush on the actress, the newcomer has this to say: “Sino po ang hindi magkakasgusto kay Jennylyn kasi sobrang ganda nya (Who will not like Jennylyn, she's really beautiful).”
Though he's very open on his crush on Jennylyn, Rocco still doesn't want to hurry on things and just want to savor first the moment of working with her. (Glaiza Jarloc/Sunnex)
