THE Negros Occidental Provincial Police Office is expecting the release of the latest drug test results this week.
182 police personnel of NOCPPO) underwent random drug tests early this week.
Nocppo spokesperson Police Major Edison Garcia said the event was the second drug test they carried out this year.
Garcia said the aim of the drug test is to make sure that their members are not using illegal drugs.
An earlier drug test carried out in January for 86 NOPPO personnel came back negative for drug use.
Garcia added the drug tests are also part of the directives and internal cleansing program set by Philippine National Police chief, General Archie Gamboa. (TDE)
