SUSPENDIDO ang tanang duwa sa National Basketball Association (NBA) karon nga season taliwala sa nagkagrabe nga kahimtang sa coronavirus disease nga gikonsidera na karong pandemic.
Sa nakalabay nga adlaw kalit lang nga gipahunong sa NBA ang duwa tali Utah Jazz ug Oklahoma City Thunder.
Kini human nagpositibo sa Covid-19 ang NBA All-Star nga si Rudy Gobert ng Jazz.
“The test result was reported shortly prior to the tip-off of tonight’s game between the Jazz and Oklahoma City Thunder at Chesapeake Energy Arena,” suma sa pahayag.
“At that time, tonight’s game was canceled. The affected player (Gobert) was not in the arena.”
Tungod niini, ang mga magduduwa sa duha ka tim pulos gipailawom sa quarantine. Di pa sab tino kanus-a mobalik ang duwa.
“The NBA is suspending game play following the conclusion of tonight’s schedule of games until further notice... The NBA will use this hiatus to determine next steps for moving forward in regard to the coronavirus pandemic.”
