AFTER the Provincial Government of Bohol announced the implementation of a five-day community quarantine starting midnight of Monday, March 16 until Friday, March 20, 2020, several OceanJet trips bound for Bohol have been canceled.
In a Facebook advisory Saturday afternoon, March 14, OceanJet announced the cancelation of the following trips:
On March 16- March 20:
Cebu to Tagbilaran (vice versa);
Cebu to Dumaguete via Tagbilaran (vice versa);
Cebu to Larena, Siquijor via Tagbilaran (vice versa);
Cebu to Getafe (vice versa), and
Tagbilaran to Plaridel, Misamis Occidental (vice versa)
On March 14 to March 25:
Calapan to Batangas (vice versa);
Puerto Gallera to Batangas (vice versa)
Routes that are not mentioned above are still operational and are pending until further announcement, it said.
Last Friday, Bohol Gov. Arthur Yap announced that the entire province will be on a community quarantine and will not be accepting vistors from outside Bohol. (WBS)
