IN celebration of International Women’s Month, Megaworld Lifestyle Malls and Newport Mall at Resorts World Manila presented “PowHERful: Women’s Month Celebration.” Customers enjoyed special deals, displays and inspiring stories last March 4 to 12.
To honor women’s achievement in their respective fields and industries, Newport Mall in Resorts World Manila will exhibited “Shoes with Stories” featuring stilettos from PowHERful women, showcasing their success stories and the role of their shoes in their careers.
A total of 20 different pairs, styles and brands together with their individual achievements and stories of triumph was displayed: Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray (Bragais), Miss International 2016 Kylie Verzosa (Christian Louboutin), Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach (Chinese Laundry), Cat Arambulo (Christian Louboutin), Tweetie de Leon-Gonzales (Gaupo), Regine Velasquez-Alcasid (Gucci), Rachelle Ann Go (Christian Louboutin), Maricel Soriano (Balenciaga), Eugene Domingo (Kate Spade), Kris Aquino (Miu Miu), Heart Evangelista (Christian Louboutin), Marian Rivera-Dantes (Valentino), Maine Mendoza (Lauren Conrad), Nadine Lustre (Manolo Blahnik), Dimples Romana (Aquazurra), Lisa Macuja Elizalde (Calvin Klein), Georcell Dapat-Sy (Christian Louboutin), Alyssa Valdez (Valentino), Cherry Rondina (Miu Miu) and Andrea Domingo (Ferragamo).
It was made open to the public on March 5 with the appearance of 2020 Miss Universe Philippines candidates with the hopes of making a mark and have theirs displayed alongside the iconic women featured. / PR
