BASE sa Facebook page sa Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) nga maoy nagdumala sa Summer MMFF ingon man ang Daang Dokyu Film Festival, mipahibawo sa pagkanselar sa maong festival gumikan sa hulga sa coronavirus disease 2019 o COVID-19.
Ang maong film fest gikatakdang ipahigayon sa buwan sa Abril apan gideklarar ni Presidente Rodrigo Duterte nga ipaubos sa “community quarantine” ang tibuok Metro Manila.
“In light of the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic and health emergency, the SUMMER METRO MANILA FILM FESTIVAL is hereby postponed,” natala sa maong announcement diha sa Facebook. (B)
