Tell it to SunStar: Travel agency as problem solver

WE have been assisting and accommodating rebookings and inquiries from our own clients and also from other clients who booked online.

In times of crisis or emergency or unexpected bad situation during travel, the traditional travel agency stands out because we know what to do or to advise the client on how they can go back to their hometown or country. We also advise them on hotels, safety, savings, rerouting, rebooking, visas, immigration, etc.

Sad truth is, online bookings cannot help them on what to do especially if they are on panic mode.

But the travel agency can guide them and work for them with ease because of our technical know-how.

We make our clients worry- or stress-free. We work beyond office hours. We comfort them during their panic mode because they cannot rebook or purchase a ticket (due to technical problems on credit card payment, no available slot, internet connections etc.), and most of all they have someone to talk to and we give our personal and professional touch.

Just like your Mom.

We do not know what will happen to us around the world while we are traveling. Service with human touch and empathy to our clients, still the best.

There will be no resources for travel agencies for a few months or so. Don’t you think the efforts that we do deserve to be patronized as against online?

And take note that online bookings do not have the best rate all the time. One lucky family gets it and spreads the news.... Few limited seats are out to entice you.

We also help the government and the economy by paying taxes that online doesn’t.
