HELL Energy Drink outlasted V-Drink Malunggay Juice, 102-100, in the very first All Star game in the Upperclass Cebu Basketball League at the Cebu Port Authority gym last Sunday, March 15, 2020.

Former University of Southern Philippines Foundation (USPF) standout James Ferraren was the star of stars as he piled up 22 points, 10 rebounds, three assists, a block and three steals to come away as the Most Valuable Player of the game.

Meanwhile, yet another former USPF stalwart garnered another recognition during the festivities as Roy Quiachon Jr. won the three-point shootout competition, outlasting a host of long-range snipers to hoist the trophy.

However, the activities last Sunday are the league’s last in the foreseeable future after the tournament organizer announced that they were suspending the league games to mitigate the possible risk of contracting or spreading the novel coronavirus. (JNP)
