SOUTH Town Centre presented mallgoers a weekend of wedded bliss with “Always and Forever: A Bridal Fashion Show 2020” held last Feb. 13 to 15.

This bridal fair is the mall’s fourth where future brides and grooms were spoiled for choices. It exhibited a varied selection of wedding items and suppliers from gowns and planners to caterers, venues and many more.

Exhibitors of the bridal fair included Crystal Decade Weddings and Events, Spectacular Weddings and Events, Princess Weddings and Events, TLC Events Planning, Eventability by Fe Labalan, Genteel Events and Styles, Cakes by Grace and Lyrixs Events Organizing Services. Bridal gowns were also exhibited by designers: Hanz Coquilla, Eve Navales, Mikhail Achas, Lemuel Rosos, Griffins Malazarte, Yoko Sato Li, Winston Sy, Iman Montayre, Lilet Magaspi Delos Reyes and Choi Lasru.

On Feb. 16, the bridal fair ended with a fashion show featuring designs by some of the city’s fashion designers.

“It was really different from the previous bridal fair since this year, we made it as a garden wedding theme,” said South Town Centre’s events and marketing consultant Lee Dela Cerna. “We used fresh leaves and flowers to make it more elegant and classic. We also had a live violin to make the audience feel like they are in an actual wedding event.”

The show featured designs by Coquilla, Navales, Achas, Rosos, Malazarte, Li, Sy, Montayre, Delos Reyes, Lasru together with James Yapching, John Seville and Jhong Yabo. Special guest models were the reigning queens of Little Miss South Town Centre 2019: Marie Kate Rollins, Princess Kelly Adlaon and Kiandra Antonette Dayanap, with Miss Eco International Japan 2020 Mayuko Hanawa.

Complementing the show were performances by “Sinulog Idol 2020” grand champion Jerahmae Trangia; “Tawag ng Tanghalan” daily contender and “Campus Idol 2019” grand champion Johnel Bucog; World Championship of Performing Arts 2018 Medalist and “Tawag ng Tanghalan” Visayas contender Klarylle Mae Dumancas and Cebu electric violinist Shem Dominique Gelvez Abay.
