“At first I was feeling anxious, worried and even scared not only in our situation as athletes but for everyone in our society, state, but then I realized that being worried, scared and anxious won’t be of help, so here I am, staying at home obeying anything that is advised us to do while staying positive and keeping the faith,” ni Tabal nga milabni og silver medal sa women’s marathon sa 30th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games 2019.

“I have to cut my usual calorie intake per day and have to compensate it with activities I can do at home. Since the community quarantine here in our city, I have decided to stay at home and do core, ab workout, leg strengthening and stair drills. It’s important to exercise and sweat every day to fight anxiety, and help boost our mental and physical health,” suma sa atleta.

“You can find many ab and core exercises on YouTube. It’s best to sweat some everyday to keep us fit and healthy.”

“My goal for 2020 can be changed but never my dream to play for the Olympics, and my greatest foundation will always be that dream, so I will just wait for the next Olympics.”

“I just pray that this will end soon and that there will be brighter days ahead of us and we can become stronger and better version of ourselves.”
