ARABIAN SEA. Aviation Machinist Mate 3rd Class Keith Gonzales, from Iloilo, Philippines, attaches tail gear box cowling to an MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter, assigned to the “Proud Warriors” of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 72, on the flight deck of the guided-missile cruiser USS Normandy (CG 60).

Normandy is part of the Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group and is deployed to the US 5th Fleet area of operations in support of naval operations to ensure maritime stability and security in the Central Region, connecting the Mediterranean and Pacific through the western Indian Ocean and three strategic choke points.
