Si Dr. Adriano Suba-an ang Regional Director sa Department of Health-Northern Mindanao maoy nangulo sa The Inter-agency Task Force (IATF) dinhi sa Regional level nga namugna niadtong Marso 20 human nadawat ang NDRMMC memorandum no.27.s.2020 niadtong Marso 18.
Gipahibalo niini nga nagkahiusa ang nagkalain-laing ahensya sa gobyerbno aron dili na moabot sa punto nga mograbe ang matapdan sa sakit human namatikdan nga adunay paspas nga pagsaka sa ihap dinhi sa Pilipinas.
"In the spirit of bayanihan the cluster head of Normin task force for covid 19 are with us to show the solidarity, those who responded to fight the fast spread of covid 19 virus in our population," matud ni Sub-an.
Ang Northmin Task force gilangkoban sa napulo ka cluster nga mao ang Law in order cluster nga gipangunahan sa Police Regional Office 10 (PRO-10); Logistics cluster nga giunahan sa Office of the Civil Defense (OCD-10); The Governance cluster nga gipangulohan sa Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG); Food and Non food item cluste pangunahan sa Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD-10); The Economic Cluster sa pagpanguna sa National Economic Development Authority (NEDA-10); Crisi Communication Cluster nga giunhan sa Philippine Information Agency (PIA-10); The management of death cluster nga pangunahan gihapon sa DILG; Search, Rescue and retrieval cluster panguhana sa 4th Infantry Division, Philippine Army (4ID-PA); ug kining Health Cluster nga gipangunahan sa Deparment of Health (DOH-10).

"If we will bond together as one fighting covid 19 at all fronts along national highways and roads, in ports, in public places at barangay front especially inside at our respective homes all shoud be part of this fight, it cannot be solve buy one not by our health workers alone, not by government alone...all have to bond as one in the spirit of bayanihan," matud ni Suba-an.
