Pinaagi ni Davao City First District Congressman ug House Deputy Speaker Paolo “Pulong” Duterte, na-donar ang maong mga medical equipment ngadto sa Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC) nga maoy pinakadako nga government hospital sa Mindanao nga nahimutang sa Davao City.
“As we are now facing this crisis, we have to come up with immediate but effective measures so we can deliver services to our constituents. Rest assured that we are focusing our efforts into this. As such, we are coordinating with other stakeholders so we can provide the needs of our health workers. It is our job to make sure that they are fully equipped as our frontliners. We are doing a holistic approach and we need to make sure that our resources are efficiently distributed,” ingon sa Presidential son.

Giingon ni Austria nga ilaha na nga gidali ang pagproseso sa mga nahisgutang Personal Protective Equipments (PPEs) ug medical equipment aron magamit sa SPMC sa pag-atiman sa mga pasyente nga gitakbuyan og coronavirus disease (Covid-19).
Sa lakang sa kongresista ning siyudad, dako ang pasalamat ni SPMC Medical Chief Dr. Leopoldo Vega sa nasampit nga donasyon gumikan gikonsidera nila kini nga dakong tabang sud sa ospital niining krisis karon nga dala sa Covid-19.
