MOABOT na sa 2,154 ka mga kawani sa Central Visayas ang makapahimulos sa programa sa Department of Labor and Employment (Dole) sa ilang Covid-19 Adjustment Measures Program (Camp) diin makadawat og tag P5,000.
Ang maong mga kawani mao kini ang mga labing naapektohan sa krisis sa Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).
Nasayran nga moabot sa P10,770,000 ang sumatotal nga kantidad nga mahatag sa Dole sa 2,154 ka mga kawani.
Sa labing uwahi nga datus sa Dole 7 niadtong Marso 30, niabot na sa 631 ka mga Camp applications ang na-check ug na-evaluate samtang 56 ang giaprobahan.
“Meaning to say these applicant-establishments have submitted the complete set of requirements to us for the availment of Camp that included the establishment report and company payroll,” matod ni Dole 7 regional director Salome Siaton.
Miklaro usab ang direktor nga kon wala’y payroll ang mga Micro-Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), mamahimo ra ang payslips ug logbook.
Sa pagkakaron nakig-coordinate na ang DOLE 7 sa money remittance centers isip service provider sa pagpang-release sa maong financial assistance.
Dugang ni Siaton nga pahibaw-on ra sa nagkadaiyang offices sa Dole 7 ang mga napilian nga mga benepesyaryo.
“Our technical working team is rendering overtime in accepting applications, validating documents and processing of payment. As soon as we receive confirmation from our partner money remittance center then, immediately, workers will be notified so they can also claim as soon as possible their financial assistance at any branch of that money remittance center within the region,” matod ni Siaton.
Sa Marso 30 nga datus sa DOLE 7 anaa sa 425 ka establisyemento ang nakasumiter sa ilang reports sa pagpatuman sa flexible work arrangements diin apektado ang 22,679 ka kawani.
Lima usab ka kompaniya ang nitaho sa DOLE 7 nga nipatuman na sa work-from-home diin apektado ang 95 ka kawani.
Nanaa sa 241 ka kompaniya ang temporaryo nga nanira diin apektado ang 6,825 ka kawani. Sagad niini anaa sa industriya sa manufacturing, restaurants, retail, lending, resorts, ug hotel.
“If the company is not adopting FWAs or implementing temporary closure (and is allowed to operate by the government under an ECQ), their workers cannot avail the Camp,” si Siaton nagkanayon. (HBL)
