Wacky Tips: Ways and means to keep boredom in check during quarantine (Part 2)

LAST time I gave out tips like these it was all about other streaming services, reading and working out. This time around, let me share a couple of other options that are more centered in another favorite thing of mine -- photography.

Let’s get right to it, shall we?

PhotoShelter’s 22 photo projects

PhotoShelter is basically a photography-centered website builder aimed at professional photographers or, well, any photographer who can afford their services. And as photography-centric website, it sends out free e-newsletters on a regular basis and sometimes photography guides. Recently, they released a free guide for photo projects that anyone can do at the comforts of their homes. It’s an awesome guide given the time that we are in right now.

Photo Assignments by The Art of Photography on YouTube

One of the channels I subscribe to in YouTube is The Art of Photography by Ted Forbes. It’s got tons of videos on anything and everything photography and lots to learn there as well. And since we’re all staying at home, Ted brings back his Photo Assignments series for his viewers. This might also be a good time for you to catch up. It doesn’t really matter if you’re a beginner in photography or a seasoned pro, there’s something new to learn each time.

Check out the series here. There’s still a few videos in there but I’m sure there’s more coming our way. Oh... and here’s a bonus video from Thomas Heaton when he did the first assignment from Ted.
