Police inspect SM supermarket

CLARK FREEPORT -- Some members of the Philippine National Police in Central Luzon (PNP 3) recently conducted an information dissemination drive at a supermarket in the City of San Fernando.

During the information drive at the SM Supermarket at SM City Pampanga, members of the regional police force disseminated information regarding panic buying issues.

According to the local police, people need not panic but instead maintain physical distancing when buying essential items.

The regional police also performed a dance number in front of the cashiers similar to what they did at the Jose B. Lingad Memorial Regional Hospital that went viral.

Pampanga Police Director Senior Superintendent Jean Fajardo commended SM Supermarket’s physical distancing policy, sanitation process and signages.

“This should set an example to other establishments, very good implementation,” Fajardo said.
