THREE more individuals are admitted at the Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC) as of Tuesday, April 28, and among them is a health worker of the hospital, a health official said.
Dr. Bernard Rocha, NMMC medical director, said there are now a total of 14 individuals confined at the hospital, nine of them are Covid-19 suspects and three are Covid-19 positive patients.
The three newly-admitted patients are from Gingoog City, El Salvador City, and an NMMC staff who lives in Barangay Camaman-an.
But Rocha assured the public that the three new admissions are all stable.
He said the health worker is admitted since it is under the guidelines that health workers presenting signs of flu-like symptoms should be confined. (PJO)
