"While we support the lifelong learning among our professionals to further their craft, the requirements set by the CPD law just adds to the burden they have to deal with. After a long day of work, they are forced to spend a bulk of their salary, take absences from work, and go through unreasonable hardships just so they can renew their licenses and continue the practice of their professions," pamahayag sa presidential son.
Giingon ni Duterte nga mamahimo nga matabangan ang mga propesyonal nga makab-ot ang mga global nga sukdanan pinaagi sa uban pang mga himuon, nga di bug-at alang kanila.
"This CPD law is uncalled for. To address this, we will file a bill repealing this anti-professional measure introduced by Trillanes. We can actually help our professionals meet global standards through other means, without passing the burden to them," sulti ni Duterte.
Dugang sa kongresista nga ang iyang giduso nga plano usa kini ka pamaagi aron mapasalamatan ang mga professional frontliners nga padayong nagserbisyo sa nasud labi na niining krisis nga dala sa coronavirus disease (Covid-19).
"Our proposed measure is also to serve as gratitude to our professional frontliners who continuously render their service to our nation, especially in this time of crisis. We have witnessed the selfless acts of our professional frontliners. They do not deserve the CPD law," sulti sa kongresista.
Giingon sab niini nga ang iyang pag-file sa maong sugyot-balaudnon di lamang sa usa ka katuyoan kun di usa kini ka kaayohan alang sa tanan ug nanginahanglan og suporta sa mga kaubanan sa Kongreso sa hinanali nga panahon.
"This is long overdue. We will not just file it for the sake of filing. We will file this bill, seek support from our colleagues in Congress, and make sure that this is enacted as soon as possible," niya pa.
Ang maong balaud nahimo niadtong Hulyo 2016 ug epektibo niadtong Agosto 2016 diin ang pagpatuman sa RA 10912 nagsugod Marso 15, 2017 subay sa pagpatuman sa Resolution 1032 kon Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) sa maong Akta Republika.
