GIBASURA sa Korte Suprema niadtong Biyernes, Mayo 8, ang petisyon nga naghangyo nga ipagawas ni Presidente Rodrigo Duterte ang iyang medical records.
Si Supreme Court spokesman Brian Hosaka niingon nga ang korte wa pa makapagawas sa kopya sa iyang resolution.
“I have not seen the actual resolution of the court yet. Hence, I cannot confirm how the court voted,” siya niingon.
“It would be best that we wait for the actual resolution of the court and read it in its entirety,” dugang ni Hosaka.
Niadtong Abril 13, si manlalaban Dino de Leon ni-file og petition nga naghangyo nga ipublikar sa Presidente ang iyang psychological ug psychiatric exam results.

Ang balaud nagkanayon nga “in case of serious illness of the President, the public shall be informed of the state of his health. The members of the Cabinet in charge of national security and foreign relations and the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, shall not be denied access to the President during such illness.”

“There are battles worth fighting, despite the odds. Hindi pa tapos ang laban para sa karapatan na malaman ng tao ang tunay na lagay ng kalusugan at pag-uutak ng Pangulo. Karapatan ng sambayanang Pilipino malaman ito,” matod ni De Leon.
Siya niingon nga si Duterte way rason nga motago sa iyang medical records kon wa pa siyay angay nga ililong.
“For so long as there are people with uncompromising integrity who are willing to fight for this nation, there is hope,” maypd ni De Leon.
