MOTHER'S day celebration fell on the weekly lockdown in Bacolod City and in a general community quarantine in the Province of Negros Occidental.
For sure, many families wanted to celebrate the special day for moms but due to these limitations, greetings were either sent through social media, phone calls, or video calls except those who are still living with their parents.
Mothers are generally endeared and appreciated by their children due to the life and death experience brought by childbirth and rearing the children until they become fully independent and have their own family.
Ephesians 6:1-3: Children, obey your parents in the Lord, because this is right. Honor your father and mother which is the first commandment with a promise -- that it may go well with you and that you may have a long life.
The Bible verse spoke well of how mothers raised their children to be better.

Great love indeed begins and ends with our parents especially our mothers who have endured extreme conditions only to raise us well.
