THE Angeles City Traffic Development Office (ACTDO) has impounded at least 596 vehicles for violations of the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) protocols on traffic.

Aside from the impounded vehicles, about 1,893 driver’s licenses were also confiscated for the same violation.

In a report submitted by the ACTDO to Mayor Carmelo Lazatin Jr., most of the violations recorded were overloading, no wearing of helmet, and lack of driver’s license.

Lazatin said the impounded vehicles and confiscated licenses will be released once the ECQ is lifted.

“Pakiusap po, huwag na pong matigas ang ulo. Sumunod po tayo sa mga regulasyon ng pamahalaan,” the mayor added.
