Unsa ang kalainan sa sedition ug inciting to sedition? Ang sedition gisilotan ubos sa Article 139, Revised Penal Code (RPC), samtang ang inciting to sedition gisilotan ubos sa Article 142, RPC.

However, let that criticism be specific and therefore constructive, reasoned or tempered, and not a contemptuous condemnation of the entire government set-up.
