Lazatin made a statement on April 22 through an advisory posted in the CIO Facebook page that 32,000 kids, ages two to six years old, will receive milk assistance and other children’s needs, which will be delivered thru house-to-house visits.

Lazatin has procured P7 million worth of formula milk and other children’s needs although he personally promotes breast milk as best for infants.
