"The existing policy of the Board for fare setting for TNVS and taxi shall apply. Fare collection shall strictly be through cashless payment or through online payment facility only," tipik sa memorandum base sa paagi sa pletehan sa TNVS ug taxi.

Mamahimo lang makabiyahe kadtong mga TNVS operators nga aduna'y valid certificate of public convenience (CPC) ug provisional authority nga giisyu sa LTFRB.

Alang sa TNVS gikahanglan nga ang booking ug pletehan niini, ipaagi og online ug electronic payment. Kinahanglan usab og aduna'y valid nga CPC ang taxi operators.

"Taxi units must be equipped with an internet/web-based Apps provided by an accredited TNC, for purposes of booking and online payment transaction," usa sa kondisyon sa memorandum.

(HBL)
