CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- State-owned Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) inaugurated the newly-refurbished site of its Laoag Branch and Laoag Lending Center to continually provide quality banking services to the thrifty Ilokano community.

Since 1970, the bank has provided financial products and flexible solutions for the diverse business needs of the various local government units, small and medium-sized enterprises, government agencies and other private institutions in the Ilocos region, including Abra province. (PR)
