LUIS “Chavit” Singson withdrawed his support for Lakas-Kampi-CMD standard bearer Gilberto "Gibo" Teodoro to back Nacionalista Party presidential bet Manuel "Manny" Villar.
Singson, running for governor in Ilocos Sur, said he decided to support Villar because majority of his allies in the province are backing Villar.
He also said Filipino boxing hero Manny Pacquiao also convinced him to support Villar's presidential bid.
Despite support for Villar, Singson said he has not joined Villar's Party. (Sunnex)
