IT'S never too late. It took a little bit longer for the Senate and the House of Representatives to pass a very important measure which carry no controversial provisions. This is the Good Manners and Right Conduct law aka GMRC. Senator Juan Miguel Zubiri made the announcement last week that the consolidated bill was already transmitted to Malacanang for President Duterte’s signature. It was signed with not much ado by our president, which lately I’ve noticed is not using much cuss words when making speeches. Remember when he was given a prepared speech by those ghost writers and just pushed it aside and instead his ramblings most often were spiced with adlibs. Siguradong may kasamang mura palagi.

(Gusto kong ibalik ang aking ini-akda noon ilang taon na ang lumipas at ito yaong unang buwan ng panunungkulan ni Duterte at ito’y tungkol sa GMRC).
