MEXICO, Pampanga -- Officers of the 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company (2nd PMFC), led by Police Lieutenant Colonel John Clark, arrested 23-year-old Friendly Ace Maniti for charges of alleged rape.
The suspect was tagged as among the most wanted persons in Pampanga.
PMFC officers arrested Maniti in Barangay Divisoria on Thursday, July 2.
The arrest was implemented by virtue of alias of warrant of arrest issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 45 Judge Jonel Mercado for alleged rape under Article 266-A(1) of the Revised Penal Code.
The accused was brought to San Luis District Hospital for medical examination and is now under the custody of Mexico Mexico Police Station for documentation and disposition.
